Tonight after allot of clamping in clping and getting the passenger wing in the correct position it has finally come together ! I'm so pleased a real big step has been acheived and the panel gaps are good I feel may need a slight tweak on the bonnet but really pleased :)

Good progress. Shells do look so much better when there's one colour paint been applied. It makes it look as if you're getting somewhere with it.

Are you keeping the wide front numberplate brackets? I know you can't see them when the plate is on, but they are 'modern' compared to the early thinner ones.....

Easier to do now before paint!

Nice panelwork by the way!!

Hi, for the exact size I have to measure a reference bracket. But usualy its 1/3 of the wide bracket. As previously I cut the wide brackets, it cut very close left and right of the centre hole. That made the correct size of the early brackets.

I just measured the old front panel that came off my Woody and the sizes are;

445 mm outside to outside of the brackets.
407 mm between the insides of the brackets.
23 to 24 mm bracket widths.

Hope this helps.
