Update-

Got out in the garage today, even though its cold and rainy still... and with the help of a length of wood strategically placed under the steering wheel-
I got the clutch master and slave bled out.

And, for some reason she didnt want to start again today. Some starting fluid down the carbs would fire right up, run a few seconds... and slowly die... hmm.... no fuel.

But, putting her in gear- and pushing the clutch down while pushing the car back with my foot- confirms i do indeed have a working clutch. It seems to be engaging firmly in the mid range of the pedal travel... so i feel ok about that.

I'm happy to be one step closer.
Thank you all again for the advice.

Now i need to direct attention to the brakes, and probably check a fuel filter. Smh.
