I like the colour. Is it blasephemy to paint one any other Mini colour other than the Pine Green or White? That looks like Island Blue?

the first time that the car slipped off the jack and bent the front panel would probably remind the buyer of this that its far better to use the edges of the front subframe like any other sensible person......

You can make one yourself from an old fence post, I did so years ago using drawings from the original workshop manual so this is "factory approved" if you like and perfectly safe for lifting with a trolley jack. I would be highly doubtful about any link to Issigonis mind you!
It's a very useful bit of kit enabling you to lift the whole front end before using axle stands under the subframe.
I made another one recently for a friend, I'm surprised they're not more well known about.

early bonnet hinges, mk2 boot lid inner and centre key start as well...
