That could be Austin dealer Lincoln Street Motors 550 Stratford Road Birmingham. My Super was bought new there April 5th 1962! Now a carpet and furniture warehouse.

One of the Shado cars was rescued from a scrap yard in Tenerife and returned to the UK.

Jeroen did a feature on it for Maximum Mini earlier this year. It's now been fully restored and back on the road.

That was Ed Straker's car, although it was driven by one or two other characters in the series, it was based on Ford mechanicals...

The wheel trims look very similar to the Rover P6B 3500S items (which didn't appear until late 1971) but they're not - they came from a very early pre-production Porsche 914 which the production company bought over to the UK to use in another episode ('Psychobombs'), there's a photo of one of these early cars wearing these 'Fuchs' style wheel trims in a recent 914 book. Porsche decided to go with steel wheels and smaller hubcaps in the end though for the base model 914.

The colour is Ford Tawny bronze apparently.
