Hello guys.... happy to help once i get there!
What are peoples plans for staying/accommodation for Saturday/Sunday?
Is there any evening get togethers etc?

Quite a few of us are staying on site and having a barby Saturday night, plenty of room to camp. I know several were talking about a pub get together. I'm sorting the reserve list at the moment as we had a couple of cancellations.

I have a home made oil drum BBQ, it doubles up as a heater as well. If its of interest let me know and I will bring it. I have a picture of it I could share if wanted.

Pete & I have to get together to finalise the plans for the weekend, we both have a good idea as to what's going on when, but we need to get it formalised so we can tell everyone else about it.

For myself, I envisage getting over there about 4pm on Saturday getting my tent etc set up & taking the weekend from there.

Once we have more idea as to what's planned for the whole weekend, will tell everyone.

That BBQ drum would be a great idea , and box full of bratwurst !! Can I just advise people to try not to arrive on Saturday night before 6pm as there will be another track day in operation and there'll be MX5's everywhere.
Yes me and Mark will be getting together soon to: A. Recce the site and B.Make a plan of action , though to be honest the day will be merely a matter of anyone with track time going on and off track as they please. I think though some awards for cars in attendance will be a good idea with hopefully all the attending Minis being parked up nicely in a row along the paddock road.
Clubstand/trader space will be on the grassed area to the top of the paddock for the '59 Register, Maximum Mini , Mini Cooper Register and any other groups.

Yes , there's apparently an autograss meeting on the same day. I've contacted Javelin to make sure this won't affect us and just spoken to Richard at Blyton who assures me the autograss area is quite a way from and seperated from the track / paddock and won't affect us at all.

See what you mean. I understood at the time that the autocross course ran over the track (in fact I'm sure I've seen pictures of that with parts of the track covered in sh*t) but it's entirely separate now (if it wasn't before ?). Should know more when we recce it soon.

If you end up on the grass it's either all gone wrong on track or you've gone through the wrong gates in the first place and ended up in an autocross race !
