Brilliant mab, could look at that stuff all day long!

Quite a free for all going on in amongst the traffic and all those FX4 Austin taxis look very swish with blacked out rear screens (Shadolite glass..?) and raised digits white on black number plates. Hardly any vehicles with the new-fangled reflective yellow and white plates too.

Those lovely London buses in the last pic make it for me. Just prior to the Routemasters I'd guess.

this nice bit of grafitti out and about today....

Following through all the links from those clips you'll find loads of stuff on London in the '60s, Carnaby Street, the Beatles Apple boutique, John Lennon's psychedelic Rolls, etc. Great stuff.
