Probably around 1974/5. When my folks were in a local motor club I can recall stuff just like this.

Old 1100's were engine donors.

The red/white car might be a works car. The orange Mini is 1971 registered but external hinges so probably built from a new old stock shell and registered as 'built from parts'.

But which period :) ..... this is from a set of aerials I have for Bourton on the Water, the period is BT (before tourist!), I think it's 40's, could it be the 50s??

Bourton on-the Water taken by a Reconnaissance Spitfire on the way back to MountFarm Airfield or perhaps taken by a Messerchmitt BF109 Reconnaissance. ( should put up its value on "Flog It") .. yet probably taken while leaning out of a Tiger Moth.. yes it is just a nice period picture of a village worth visiting & look for the Mini that is growing outside the Free to enter Car Museum :)

The aforementioned museum is in the old mill which I used to get my goldfish food from! But I can’t remember when the chimney came down… the quality of the set of prints I have is amazing!

"Designer behind iconic 1970s Raleigh Chopper bicycle, the three-wheeled Bond Bug vehicle and the children's game Marble Run has died aged 96.
He was managing director of Letchworth's OGLE Design from 1962 until 1999. Raleigh produced the first Mark I Chopper in 1969, after Mr Karen drew initial sketches for the bike. More than 1.5million of them were made until production ceased in 1979. The first version of the bike featured a gear hub selected using a frame-mounted lever.  It had an unusually-shaped frame, high back seat and ape hanger Handlebars as well as differently sized wheels which were 16inches (41cm) at the front and 20inches (51cm) at the back. The design cost £32 for the most basic version at the time. The Mk2 was produced from 1972 until the end of production and had a seat that was moved forward to prevent the bike tipping up as well as other tweaks. This was despite the bicycle being unstable, slow, heavy and trickier to ride than conventional bikes. A lighter Mk3 Chopper was launched in 2004 made of aluminium with various safety features."
