Ex army mini 06 EP 49 (1966/67 at a guess) relegated for use as a motor club rally car. Ex Army, RAF & Navy mini's were dirt cheap at the auctions and they often came with right hand tanks as standard too.

A lot of them seem to end up in and around Oxford where a big ex surplus dealer on Boars Hill used to buy them from auction at Ruddington

There's a real mini in front, proper patching and painting of the bottom of the doors by the looks of things. Not something you'd see these days ;-)
