Very surprised that Earl's Court isn't a listed building. I hope they'll save the front 'facade' when the rest is demolished ?

Probably wont
only last year did one of the oldest Baker & Pastry shops in the world closed here in Elsinore
it was founded back in 1811
tourists still ask where it is ? and cant belive such a nice old place has been closed & removed
PS, I know who "saved" the old Brass lettering from the facade.

Just got back from 4 days at EC, I was talking to the security guy and he said what is amazing is the gearing system to raise and lower the floor in the olympic size pool, also ashame as this was the first time in 12yrs they have actually managed to work out a good system for trade shows to be easily built up and broken down with good vehicular access, I wish they would pass the secret onto Olympia and the NEC!

Hi all,
Most of you have seen the pics, and read some of the dribble, I have been posting.
So now time for some "action" (well sort off) = easy one.
Here she is out on a friday cruise, in the sun.

Well my Parents apparently saved it on one of their 8mm films .
They did a road trip to London, in the 50ies, in their MG.

Back to the technical stuff.
Read that you cant have enough breathers on a "pumped" A series.
So last year I fitted a timingchain cover, with breather cannister.
Some weeks ago I had the new oil "dipstick" made.
This has 2 extra pipes for crankcase ventilation.
The thin pipe, is for the SMITHS oilcheck, which makes this setup possible.
Here is the temporary setup.
I will have a proper breather cannister made, which will have 4 seperat inlets, and a breather filter on top.

Yeah! Great gauges! I'd never seen one before, so when one was for sale at a local show I just had to buy it! Then another at local autojumble, again.... I'm a sucker for interesting automotive things!!
Love your mini.... really superb.
