His uncle must have had some collection , I suppose he intended to sell it for his pension ,his nephew is certainly doing a good job of disposing of it for his aunt . I know he reads this forum as he's replied about the speedwell thread . It would be good to know more about his uncle , he must have had some good cars with all those parts!.'S'-type wrote:Another 8 EMO 'works' type grille but cut it out yourself job.

Where does this guy get his stuff from? Apart from his 'Auntie in France'

The seller does indeed have a mighty stash of excellent items, he must have made a fortune over the last few months.

Looks like a nice easy fixer upper, sensible starting price I think...

There is some truly spectacular spelling in that listing, but it does look like a decent project.

Don't go spending your money yet chaps.
I'm 99% going to list my whole collection as one lot next week, I'm too busy working and it's possibly time to let it all go to someone who will get on with it. I might as well use the value sat in it elsewhere.

Some people will try to sell anything, but fair play to the guy if someone does buy it

Selling in a single lot will mean you get a bargain basement price on everything. Better to part it out a bit at a time. It's a bit more effort, but will realise you FAR more return.

Did pretty well,
could be genuine bid activity as the seller appears genuine decent feedback etc

And this was written for what reason? PAV of £6k, so even if it cost £3k to renew the carpets it's viable. And we wonder why insurance is so expensive. Moronsrich@minispares.com wrote:corJamie wrote:Not ebay...1960 Austin going through a salvage auction...
