That's Maus Gatsonides from the Netherlands the well known rally driver who won the 1953 rally monte carlo. He also invented the speed camera, the picture is from 59/60. Many thanks for posting it.

It's difficult to tell. It has changed Very little.

1969 or 1970 judging from the traffic and parked cars. Can't read the numberplate on the Capri but I think they didn't go on sale until 1969?

Thank you, that's earlier than I thought but I'm really bad at identifying English street scenes. The Hornet appears to maybe be Florentine Blue over Chartreuse. We have a MkI Elf in the same colors and I'm trying to add to the list of similar cars.

London airport, 1963....

Other than a couple of VW Beetles pretty much all British...

Certainly the majority are British. I can also spot a Citroen, a Simca, and a couple of Renault Dauphines which were popular then. In fact I think they were the best selling imported car in the UK at one time
Maybe one or two others I cannot identify. A good picture!
