When an old pal of mine saw my Wolseley Mutant for the first time he was gobsmacked. He told me it was the car that he had owned many years ago and went on to describe graphically how in his youth he'd enticed so many birds onto the lovely springy leather rear seat . Needless to say I gipped at the images he planted in my head (which I still can't get rid of and have nightmares about) and launched the rear seat into an emergency quarantine area I had to create in the corner of my garage the day after, where it still lies unfortunately until I can decide what the hell to do with it (other than napalm it or nuke it from orbit).

PS .. he did mention how the front end of the car went up and down due to the hydro suspension.

You have to get creative with fixed back seats

Mutant back seats have springs. Hate to imagine how many boings mine's had to endure before I got it, my mate Rob tested 'em to destruction from the sounds of it. Hate to think there'd been a nodding dog in the back at the time.
