..did that , very nice comprehensive display of classic wheels... ta.... cosmic mk 2,s.. jus like Dunlop d1,s simple, effective classic design.. all the old alloys designs from the 60,s and up to mid 70,s are the best.. they just look soooo right !!!! foxy52surfblue63 wrote:Cosmic RW10, maybe copies by Turtle Trading.foxy52 wrote:wowzer !!! so who owns the blocks now ???....... just clocks the alloys to ??!! what are they ??... gr8 pics.. foxy52

There was a set of unused Avon Safety wheels on offer at Beaulieu this year, complete with the removable bands to aid tyre fitting. I was tempted by them but forgot about them and didn't go back to the vendor later in the day to make an offer.foxy52 wrote:..did that , very nice comprehensive display of classic wheels... ta.... cosmic mk 2,s.. jus like Dunlop d1,s simple, effective classic design.. all the old alloys designs from the 60,s and up to mid 70,s are the best.. they just look soooo right !!!! foxy52surfblue63 wrote:Cosmic RW10, maybe copies by Turtle Trading.foxy52 wrote:wowzer !!! so who owns the blocks now ???....... just clocks the alloys to ??!! what are they ??... gr8 pics.. foxy52

Re: Jim Whitehouses workshop
I'm shocked to see posts being deleted, I hope I'm not getting the blame for this. The last thing I commented on, was about a chassis plate to go with the wheels. About 3 or 4 years ago I sprayed a number of these wheels, some was with a car I sold and these are for a 998 Radford which I have owned for many of years, which was dark blue in colour, it had a private registration plate which it no longer has. I have applied for a number for it and that is for the near future. This is normally what happens with anything I do, people throw their toys out of the pram and I've always said to you lot that I can show and provide a lot of things to this site lots of cars which I have stowed away, a lot of parts and photo's which I will put on which might upset a lot of people but will give a lot of joy to genuine people who respect what I do. I have a lot of enemy's on this site but that doesn't worry me.
Many thanks
