What tragic news, him being so young. Brings things into perspective. My thoughts are with his family.

Must be the mark of the man that so many have paid tribute to an untimely death,i gather he must have been relatively young and i also assume it was a heart attack ??!!..i only say that having survived a serious one and having had 2 minor ones its a frightening situation and praise to the medical services..paramedics in my case.. worth their weight in gold plus all the nursing care i had via the n h s was fantastic...ill close by saying its always sad to hear that another keen member of the mini fraternity has left us,..my thoughts go to his family to ..R.I.P.........

Like others I never met him, but enjoyed reading his regular posts here.

My condolences to his family and friends.

I understand it was a heart attack, that took his life, well some one posted this link on facebook =

Maybe it can be of use to someone inhere (god forbid) but I guess I am not the only one living alone.

I have just been given the following;
Pauls funeral is to be held at Portchester crematorium on Apr 19th
at 12pm.
Close friends and family to meet in the waiting area opp the chapel.
Chesea his wife posted this "Don't feel you have to wear black Paul
would probably insist on hoodies or overalls, wear what you are
comfortable with"
Drinks and a chat afterwards at Southwick Park Golf Club.

Its terrible news and so sad that he has left us the mini community and friends and family so young and swiftly. Had the pleasure of meeting him when I got into minis 4/5 years ago and he gave me over 150 mini magazines as I was just starting out which I have referred to many times. He also took the time to show me his beautiful miglia race car. Bought some bits and pieces off him and he always had time to chat and help out. You will be missed by all but never forgotten and your unreserved kindness will live on. Best wishes to family and friends RIP.

To update Paul has now been laid to rest with 2 of his minis in the car park outside.
Its a true mark of the man with the chapel and foyer full and others standing outside,I guess thats 200+.
I for one am definetley going to miss a man I am glad to have been able to call
a very good friend.
Sleep safely. Ian
