I find that commercial floor rug/mats with rubber bottoms under the Mini ... works best,
Living in Northern New Jersey USA we seldom get warm days in the winter months, on those days i make sure the garage stays closed ,not to introduce a a drastic temperature/dew point change (it only takes a few minutes to see the moisture appear on the car as well as the sealed concrete floor).

I'm planning on putting electric underfloor heating in the garage when I rebuild it so come winter it can keep a constant low heat to avoid condensation whether that will work or not remains to be tried, may have to turn the heating down in the house to cover the cost.

I've put five coats of KA tanking on my garage floor sealed in between coats with their SBR.
KA recommend two coats are sufficient , as I'm a belt and braces
type I didn't feel £25 for another tup of tanking was a big outlay.
I now have a reading of 3% or lower on the damp meter for the floor and the area that doesn't have the rubber matts as I have under the car is absolutely fine to sit on without getting a cold bum

Underfloor Heating in the Garage sounds good .. but what about the loading imposed when jacking up a car etc.
Dunno anything about "Air Pumps" but could this be the ideal solution?

Should be fine under the 20mm thick porcelain tiles.

Underfloor heating sounds great - until it goes wrong
. It isn't very easy to get it fixed
We had similar condensation issues on Sunday but it is so rare. Our garage is very conventional brick built affair and has draughts around the doors which provide a bit of airflow. I'm just going to leave it alone.
