I'd imagine it does, yes! With a continuous history from new and genuine low mileage it's well worth having a look. I'm sort of entertaining the idea of buying the lovely and genuine '65 Mk1 Cooper that my mate owned from 2003 to 2016 but alas I've run out of space...

As mentioned elsewhere, the first owner took it off the road in 1973 and it sat in his garage until my mate bought it in 2003, the guy he sold it to in 2016 has restored it and now it's up for grabs again.
