P.S. The intention of recreating all the moving/rotating parts of the engine in CAD was to determine the mass moment of inertia as I came by a power measuring device of Schrick (LM-1) which needs the mass moment of intertia as an input to calculate the power over RPM

Interesting you have a Schrick LM1 - we too used to have one in the early 90ies at HIOB-Motorsport (infamous but top-notch BMW-tuner in Austria). Haven't heard of such a Schrick dyno ever since...

A bit off-topic, apoligies...

Yes, the Schrick LM1 takes the same principle as the Swiss Syntec TB109 (https://www.syntec.ch/english/petrol-in-blood/) but in a much smaller physical size, more or less a bit bigger than a pocket calculator. It is not on sale any more but every now and then one of them pops up in one of these sales websites. It is much easier on the engine than a rolling road and measures the power "at the flywheel". I normally set it up to measure between 2500 and 6500 RPM.
