Its the borer we use to machine blocks on .
Its got a built in clocking up system in spindle .
But as Bob said these are the kind of jobs you spend ages setting up to take a cut that is only a few minutes.

Nice job Simon, box looks immaculate. Vapour blasted?. Know where to come if I ever do another 4synchro wand conversion :D

Great you-tube video with that most affable Irish fellow in his machine shop. Not a CNC machine in sight. It's an education to see these manual machine machinists working.

A related video shows him 'double ending' a radius arm to take needle rollers. That puts to bed the idea that the wheel axle shaft is at an angle to the radius arm shaft. It ain't! As discussed a month or so ago on the forum, regarding toe-in toe-out at the rear.
