However good your pics and try as we might I don't think that we are going to fix your prob from afar. It needs either a) replacement parts, b) a replacement correct dynamo or c) a lathe to start machining your parts to suit - or in the case of the spacers, to machine new ones to suit what you've got (which would be my tight fisted but hands-on approach!!)
Not just you, I'd vote option c as well! 3 minute job on a lathe.
Of course I know what a dipstick is, you get called something often enough you look it up!

Well thank you to everyone for there Input and in particular Andrew1967 for your very helpful photos.

Whilst the dynamo manufacturers, and some other sources are all telling me it’s the correct item, it is however clearly not quite right. The pulley whilst it might not be quite right, it is giving me the correct offset, the issue clearly stems from the spacer not going into the Dynamo far enough. I have looked at a few different machining options and I don’t really have the correct equipment to hand to undertake this work, plus this would be quite time consuming.

I have therefore just purchased a pack of 22x15x2mm washers, 2 or 3 of these to pack the dynamo fan out should in theory sort all my issues out. There due for delivery tomorrow, so let’s see!

Sorted. I’ve managed to get the pulley about 4mm further in, I was targeting 5mm though.

Three washers did the trick, they were a perfect fit around the Dynamo shaft yet still fitted into the recess on the Dynamo. Two washers would of been ideal, but the dynamo fan is a little misshaped, I might have to replace the fan or grind down some of the fins

Thanks for those pictures as they really helped in understanding where the issue was
