Originally the H4 carb sets which were available used the C-AHT2 anchor for the throttle return spring to be fitted. I believe that's the bracket you're refering to. They aren't being made any more, so only if you want to put very much time and effort in to finding two I would just sting with the shaft fitted springs. Time for an update:

Somehow I ended up with:
2 pairs H4 from Bill with one set of 4814/4815 bowls
1 pair H4 from eBay with 3495 bowls
Single H2 with 4815 bowl
1 pair of ST H4 with 4814/4815 bowls, correct C-AHT parts and tags

I sold the Sprite manifold (the guy who bought it was the guy I bought it from  ) which left me with a grubby pair of ST carbs in need of a full rebuild

So after a few months of thinking (and building a twin HS2 set and learning a few things) I’ve decided on a plan forward:

The pair I bought from eBay with 3495 bowls had concentric return springs and still had perfect condition shaft bushes. With my new spindle shafts there’s no play, even wiggling from the end of the full length shaft the kit comes with. I have decided to use these bodies and the concentric springs as these springs take up much less room & from what I can gather they put less load into the bushes and will wear slightly slower.

They also have the idle screws on the correct side to work with the springs. I did a quick mock up and there is just enough room to get the springs, w clips and throttle arm in. Once the new shafts are trimmed to the right length it’ll sit a bit nicer. I could also swap the spring and return stop on the LH carb, but I’d need to get the opposite side items

This leaves the ST set spare as there didn’t seem to be any point stripping them for spare parts to make up the other set.
