MK1 Indicator - Install a New Black End !

On my indicator stalk the plastic is clear. Should it be black?

Yes, should be black, but that happens due to the material discoloration.

Ah right. Hoping mine doesn’t break then. Prefer it clear (or yellowed!)

One more question:
Does anybody know the thread size of the green cap?
I successfully removed the old black ends from two stalks. As the thread part is a bit oval I thought about recutting the thread.
