The fettling described in the 7Ent blurb is all fairly standard stuff.

As has been said by a few people the original problem was that these have been over tightened. If the fitting instructions are followed there probably isn't an issue.

I have certainly never suffered any.

I'm with you there Mark. I've had them on all those type of cars. But I could never really get my head around the really low nut torque figure.
