22G70 is the A type mainshaft for loose baulk rings and the earlier shaft beside it looks like part of the old conversion kit 8G719 which was sold to convert your old fixed cone shrunk on gears to the later style synchro baulk rings, which were also A type. Looks like you have 2nd gear 22G59 from the original conversion set all muddled up as 1st motion shaft and 3rd gear seems to be shrunk on baulk ring types. Maybe somebody done a conversion and gained a spare 2nd gear--these are all old A type. The 3/4th synchro hub is very early cone spring type.
ref 22G232 and 22G204 laygears --they both used 22G439 B type synchro hub but beware as 22G204 was A type teeth profiles on 2nd /3rd/4th gears but it used B type teeth profile on laygear first gear
22G232 was pure B type on all gears .
