So with Blyton now out of the way, we can look forward to our next official MK1 Performance Conversions event.

Harewood Classic on June 2nd.

The entry list is filling up fast, so if you want to join the action, you had better get entered soon.

Assuming that the weather is something like, who would be in favour of a Bar-B-Q and a chilled out social evening at Harewood after the days activities? Camping in the field is (I believe) free for competitors.

I will be going to Harewood as it is a great event if you are into vintage and classic machinery. As usual I will shoot some video of the competitors and gardener, but if anyone wants in car footage I have three Go-Pro Sessions that I can attach to a roll cage. They are easy to operate by pressing a single button if they are within reach of a seated driver.

Bar-B-Q sounds great.

I could do with some go-pro lessons, had two cameras in at Blyton and ended up with 2000 bloody photographs from it and only one run came out as a video !!!!!

my normal trick is 6 hours of footage of the car sat doing nothing in the pits, me getting into it and turning the camera off

then turning it back on for a further 6 hours of the car doing nothing

Camping is free Mark, in a really nice field and very informal. I stayed 2 nights last year. I would be up for a bbq and beers this year. (will be doing that anyway!)

Updating the entry list is always a bit spasmodic. It is done as & when it can. As there is a big national meeting this week, I think any updates will only be made later next week.

Hi John,

Have you not got an entry?

If so that's crap news.

It does usually take a day or two for any entries to show up on the list.

they only got 114 entries so far John, they will take a maximum of 150

" The maximum entry for the meeting is 150 and the minimum is 80. Should any of the above figures not be reached,
the organisers have the right to amalgamate classes or cancel the event. Entries will be accepted on receipt. "
