I don't think in the history of mini restoration anyone has ever started to restore a mini and found that the body needed LESS work than they thought!!
With regard to the photo of the foot well plate number on your car, I have recovered the plate from my June 69 built MK2 s but I'm not sure if the last digit on the plate has disappeared due to corrosion, should there normally be 6 or 7 letter/number digits on a complete plate?
