A pal of mine missed out on a mk1 mex last week by a few days. It has been in the same ownership since 1974 and laid up for over 25 years. It sold for £280 and the seller had to deliver it, though locally! Somebody in Cumbria has just got a right bargain.

I know that feeling, in the To be completed pile here is a Mk1 Cortina, 1968 Mk2 Mini, 1960 Van, 1971 Clubman and 1968 Triumph Herald.
I sold my 998 Imp which was painful, and I think the Mk2 might be next to go in 3-4 years..
