Looking Nice!

Been doing a bit of research on these Hooper's and for some reason all there cars started life as Green cars from BMC. The Radfords called there conversions Mini de Ville while Hooper's called there conversions MINI-SUPREME.

Never when looking at a coach-built car.

I can not wait to see it in the flesh.

Lovely to see the engine now in Brian. It looked lovely in the flesh but now it's in, it looks amazing. Looking forward to see it running.

This is fascinating.. what a cracking job u do Brian.... as I,m one of the few to have actually seen this car back around 1990 in Storrington it would be of great interest to know how u managed to source the bits that were missing pertaining to Hoopers original build...??!!... its gonna look a stunner.. Ps Did Hooper ever offer alloy wheels or interior upgrades as standard or was it like Radford..u picked a menu and had what u could afford.. pps the dash looks magnificent.. this ones gonna be worth a kings ransom !!!!! rgds Dennis...

Absolutely incredible job, I've been fortunate enough to see this car being built and the attention to detail that Brian has put in is a credit to him plus he's practically done everything on this car himself. Well done!! Look forward to seeing it on the road.

I have always wondered what was going through the first owner's mind when he chose to have the car repainted in that particular shade of mustard yellow! Different times, different tastes I guess.

That seemed to be THE colour in the late 60s , and alot of early UK cars certainly needed a 'tidy up' by then!

Foxy Hooper's did the full monte like Radford if you wanted. Like W&P, cars that got the full monte got a Hooper badge on the boot and another on the front grill like Sellers Hooper Mini-Supreme below.
