If Maniflow have said they should fit with a remote box, then I would email the retailer with copies of the pictures you have posted. Let them know you will be returning them for a full refund including return postage charges as it is clear that the manifold is not fit for purpose. It should fit, and it does not even come close. The retailer has no choice but to refund you. I would expect that the retailer would return the items to Maniflow so that they could get there own money back.
You may find that once you have your cash back and you become a potential customer, rather than somebody making a complaint you get more help from Maniflow. I would not hold your breath though!
£500 should go a good way to having a proper manifold custom made.

Me too. I would return and ask for full refund or new item that fits - whilch is what you paid for.
If they ask you to bend or change it.... ask them who covers the damages if you, accidentally, end up doing "more damage"? Or who will cover your time, tools or cost for fixing it? Will they send you the proper tools so you can fix it? Or pay for welding, metal, etc.??
It's completely wrong for manufacturers or suppliers to "push their problems" or faults on to the paying customers.... It just proves that they don't care about their customers and the only way to let them know, it to NOT accept their bullshit excuses and poor quality parts.
If I had the chance (i.e lived in UK), I'd let them kno every time and would not give in until they cave in and offer a fix or refund.

Crikey. How can a company pass such stuff out of the door? Send it straight back and demand a refund.
