100% this is correct - when you have a car that's got three cover sills welded on top of each other you are only ever going to get one result
and that's a FAIL!

The trouble I had definately wasn't with the thickness of the flange, but the trim it'self.
I can't recall the supplier.
It did indeed come in a roll....expected.....but man it was tough to try and straighten out!
btw....what is the rule of thumb on how far up the front panel the trim goes? I had one car that had it actually go right under the front valance.

I usually finish the trim behind the bumper.
Variations between batches & suppliers seem to create a lot of different sorts of trim. Some is easy to fit some very difficult. I have never (apart from on one occasion) had any problems with the stuff Minispares sell.
