Nick the thing with anchoring the belts almost vertically behind your seat is that if you ever do hit something hard you'll be amazed how much your seat will get compressed, and your collar bones! I'd definitely anchor them in the lower rear bulkhead with a spreader plate (though that's not absolutely ideal really!)
