Did you use inner tubes out of interest? Pretty sure I've not got tubes with my 145 Falkens on the D1s.
I went for tubes with my 4.5 cosmics. ultimately i think they have to make you aware but your choice...

As far as I am concerned, it is always sensible to fit tubes to old alloys.

They are pretty meaty tubes as well with decent valves i found...

Just wondering, perhaps I'm dense here, but what do the tubes make you have to be aware of?

For what it's worth I'm going to be fitting a set of Blockley Tubes in my 4.5" Firsat steels. As others said, no safety ridge for running tubeless even if the tyres are designed to be able to run tubeless.

Thanks although looks is the right word, it was restored in the mid-80s on a budget with a few running repairs over the years. It's solid and good fun but needs sorting out properly at some point. The scabby gutters and OEW roof (back to snowberry) are next on the improvement list.
