That is Wakefield, the building (largely hidden by the bus) with the Austin flag atop is Westgate Motors. More or less the same view more recently.

The Triumph Herald was launched around the same time as the Mini in 1959 so was fighting for the same customers - Not sure what this picture says about those that bought the Herald but certainly a 'period' image. Scanned from original slide C.1965.
