Before this thread disappears completely I thought I would like to add my comments. I have been going to Beaulieu Cooper days since 1983, even before the formation of the MCR. In that time I have missed only 1 show, that being the time it clashed with the IMM in Lido Pomposa. I have been to countless other UK shows as well as IMM's in EUrope since 1992 in Holland. I have also been to 2 Mini shows in Japan and many MME and MMW in the USA. In my opinion Beaulieu is by far the best organised and run show I go to. My staff look forward to it each year and I do too. The layout of cars is well thought out, the announcements by Graham Robson are very professional and informative. We are given the same location for our trade stand each year which makes it easy for people to find us. Many of our customers only go to this one show each year and it has become a social event where we catch up on news and deliver or collect parts. The event is now so big that some cars, by necessity, are a fair walk away from the main arena, but we now have proper use of the large marquee and areas to the side of it.
Lastly I would like to thank a good Yorkshireman, James Martin, for adding to our enjoyment on the day by letting us see and hear a beautiful classic Ferrrari and well as sharing his 2 works cars.
Congratulations to Tony Salter, Robert Young and the MCR and all the volunteers for making this the premier Mini event of the year.

Thanks Nick for your nice comments about Beaulieu. We at the MCR try very hard to put on a good show and it is appreciated when people give us a vote of thanks. Tony Salter and his team put in a great deal of effort which many just don't see. We can always improve and we aren't perfect but with the support of members and the public alike, Beaulieu will go from strength to strength. I too endorse the contribution that James Martin made, giving of his time and showing two of his Works Minis and his superb Ferrari on the day. A top bloke and a much valued MCR member.
