I guess they're trying to avoid sellers fees. If fleabay spot it, it will get taken down. Or they will charge seller fees if the buyers put their bids in through the messaging system.

If you want a real classic woodrim steeringwheel this is a perfect buy for reasonable price.

I’ve never seen any Nick. I know it was in Lancashire in the 60s and remember a sale advert in the back of Autosport but nothing after that.

Some interesting bits on it though, the Weber carb, aftermarket dash, weird rear view mirror etc.

Really odd the Heritage .. I'd have thought that 50 *** engine number is a 1275S number, certainly not 998. BMIHT or factory record mistake ??

In the blurb he suggests it might be a ‘night shift car’ that’s had the S bits added. Certainly an interesting car…
