For the early ones - boot board brackets, different body number.
Don't think the later ones were any different though
Yep that white GT is Miles out. Quite a few faking those now they’re worth money, easy done with so many old logbooks still about.

Someone came on here to ask about my old 1970/J 1275GT, disappeared again and before long, the V5 had been applied for.

What was the issue with this one as a 1275 GT seems to bring more than a solid mk2 ?

S looks like a good buy for some one, the GT has not sold yet……and wont for that price to an enthusiast, speculators have pretty much left the classic market now…….so we are back to what its really worth as a kit, £10k to £15k in my worthless opinion

Weren't the rear bins trimmed on early GTs?
Good spot - yes they were. The pocketing in seat upholstery was also stitched rather than being electrically welded making the pleats much fatter on earlier cars.

Indeed not (although twin HS4s were available as a "Pluspac" option from Special Tuning. Servo front bracket also looks wrong...
The Servo either is incorrect or it needs rotated
As the fluid pipe that is underneatch should be at the top as well as the vacum pipe
As far as i remember there is three bolts holding it on to the rear bracket ?
If it the correct one and it was rotated this would allow the correct bracket to be fitted at the front

Also engine and gearbox should be green not black. And petrol filler cap should be body colour...

That is nice but doesn’t say anything about the Mini Mach GT, which they tried before Unipower going nuts at them for copyright.
Doesn’t say what the cost is to post to the UK unfortunately May have to find out.

The seat in the centre with fabric insert, is that an Alexander seat? I’ve got one in a Cooper I’m selling shortly with Alexander connections and I’ve never come across one before.

£35k for a totally restored ‘65 Cooper S would be absolute bottom dollar nowadays. Projects are fetching £20K!
(Those rear badges really set my OCD off though
)
Not my cup of tea but a £45k car that all day.

That is a thing of beauty but too restored to be useable. I'd be wary of every potential stone chip. Nice to look at though.
