I've seldom seen a bargain sale result from a "private listing" auction.

A few photos of the completed bare shell would help, last photo no 12 shows filtch panels welded in with some dubious prior repairs beyond them not removed.

Why on earth would you put this on Ebay?. Surely this would warrant a big spread at one of the top end auction houses ?.Nick W wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 4:05 pm Ex James Hunt ..Austin A35

Re: WTH??!?! Have you seen this item on ebay.
He's put a reserve on it and (as this shows) he's gained a lot of exposure already, so he might get a decent sale on ebay for very little outlay. If not, he's lost nothing and can try other avenue's. Interesting that it has never been registered (or driven!) since James Hunt owned it. Just stored away. It will have been a good investment no doubt. It looks in pretty rough condition though doesn't it. I don't want it!111Robin wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 4:33 pmWhy on earth would you put this on Ebay?. If you look at the other bits for sale you'll see a Classic Car Cruise Control switch. No instructions though to fit to my Mini.

Hmm, no reserve and no daft Buy It Now price - at the moment, the price looks sensible.
Wonder if this will either get shill bids or the 'lucky' winner be very disappointed when the deal doesn't go through?
