The set up at the rear, is pretty basic, I have fitted old Hi-Lo and the anti roll bar. The previous owners fitted a 5 mm shim, between the subframe and the radius arm, and the brackets for the radius arms have been modified. This has been made to move the radius arms outwards, so that the longer handbrake arms that is fitted will clear the subframe. (Longer handbrake arms for easy handbrake turns). 1 degree of negativ camber, and 2 mm of toe in. Damping is very old "blue" Spax adjustable, that came with the car.

hi mate
on the first look i missed the sub frame hiding behind the anti roll bar on my car the rear sub frame has been cut off so it is a beam with trailing arms
it will have coil overs and the camber adjusting bracket fitted as well
i was wondering how the suspension stopped from bottoming out
cheers roger mcnab

The car came with a late seventies Recaro LS seat, a nice seat, but very heavy an a little to modern for this car.
So I found this old seat in the basement

ADO16 radiator fitted. The one that was fitted to the car was leaking, but found another one in the workshop.

Nice progress!
Did there are any problems fitting a ADO16 Radiator?
I also think about fitting one but then gave up as i thought there is not enough space...
Carbs already fitted?

A little update, the Rally Mini is now running, could still use a little fine tuning, but took it to a test day today, and it did really well. My son and son in law, and I , all had a go in the car, great day

Thank you, Fanfaniracing, still need a little fiddling with the carb settings, especially in the lower rpm range. Please Pm me your carb settings for comparison. Regards Thomas
