, would have preferred a DL reg but i wanted to keep her original identity, she was registered on june 6th 1960 , not sure where the WW reg originates from but it is not IOW.

This is nice! Could you tell me what that textured paint is you used for the underside? I want to do my Mpi Cooper in something similar.

Where did you get the mirrors?...........presumably they fix through the sliding window mechanism.

'nother question!................were the original seatbelts just 2 point fixing which you have now changed to 3 point?
I think I have the same belts, which apparently consisted of just a diagonal in the early days!-I had initially thought they were lapstraps mounted as a diagonal, and will probably go the same route as you have (thanks for idea) and get the buckles rechromed and then rewebbed as a three point.
