The food is served in the dining room which seats 60 and the talk is in the 'briefing room' which I am unsure of in terms of seating capacity (will check tomorrow) but I'm sure it'll easily seat 60+ and you'd be OK Al or any other 'stragglers' who aren't 'dining'.

Correct, Anyone is welcome to come in for the speakers, however, it may be (read will be) standing room only.

IMPORTANT UPDATE :
Food will be served in the dining hall from 5.30pm on Saturday. The dining room will close by 7.00 sharp, so don't be too late or you may miss out.
Food choices on the night will be Chicken Curry, Lasagna or Quiche. The choices will diminish as they 'sell out'.
Therefore diners please aim to arrive at Blyton from 4pm onward (slightly earlier than previously advised).

The restaurant will serve tea , coffee and soft drinks (to pay for) but have OK'd us all to 'bring a bottle' or two.
