10" Rosepetals were not designed or made in the late 50's. They were a design similar to the wheels used by the Cooper Car Co for their single seat racers from the very late 1950's but weren't available for Minis until around 1964. I am sure Pete could give a more accurate date than I.

It’s on petals now but I’m not convinced..it may be the blockleys are just a bit wide I have a set of 145 as well so I may try those on some other wheels..

When I bought the car it had S LP883’s but I didn’t like the look of A008’s .. may be the 145’s on 883’s would look better?

I stand corrected. I read an article a while back said they were a Cooper Car CO. designed wheel of the late 50's but didn't specify the size. Early /mid 60's then.

KIB, I agree, a nice early car like that wants standard looking wheels.

Are they 883’s with 145’s?

No, just standard 3.5 x 10" Mini wheels.

The standard 3.5” wheels fill out the guards nicely with 7.5” discs and spacer drums

That one is still on drums. But, yes they do, you have to fit a 1/4" or 3/8" spacer on the front to help the wheel fit over the S disk, but it looks great if you do.
