Fuel Tank Drain Hole

Does anybody recall when the hole in the boot floor for the fuel tank drain tap was deleted? I believe it was '66-ish but need a more precise change point...

Don't know what is going on here. Someone else answered this to say the hole deletion was a seperate to the drain. I answered that my car (9/66) had a drain and now both posts seem to have disappeared
