151 block ?

151 block ?

i have a block with 74.5 pistons 177 rods is it a 1071 over bore and could it be relined there is not alot of meat left between bores

If it has the AEG151 casting on it...then it is a 1071.

Or a 970.

it also has a cross drlled crank with aeg 1053 cast into it

970 is AEG131.

970 crank is AEG 330 , 1071 is AEG 171 :ugeek:

My records here are not complete, but according to what I do have, it appears that there wasn't a Cross Drilled Factory Crank made for the 970 or the 1071.

Can anyone confirm this?

That said, I also don't have a listing for an AEG1053 Crank either.
