Now, I've got to say Phil was most apologetic about the eBay issue and I also apologised for the public manner of my complaint, we reached mutual agreement easily. I'd like to point out that we have spoken several times since and Phil has been forthcoming with plenty of advice and help.

I think if you were on the east coast he would have to be worth a shout for a series work, and will be calling with him in a couple of months when I am on the mainland again.
