Re: body panel welding
Hi Chris , although I cant help with a welding video for the mini , a very good friend of mine has a LARGE amount of pictures on his website of the minis he shells he restored.
Almost 20 years ago , when I had my restoration /Parts shop, I had a father and son purchase some panels for their project .
I got to know them quite well and assisted in both the sons and fathers mini restorations.
The father quite enjoyed the "Panel " work and when I closed my shop about 10 years ago , he started doing rust repair for customers and club members at his home.
Since then he has restored an awful lot of mini shells as can be seen on his website www.miniman.ca
Check out the links down the left side of the page of past and present projects !
There must be thousands of pictures !!
Maybe of some help .........

Re: body panel welding
The factory produced a few Technical Bulletins on this and they also produced a booklet

while it is mostly aimed at spot weld repairs, it does cover so much more as well as apropriate points that should be brazed and and an order in which to tackle most of those jobs.
I'm not sure if Mark has it up on the main website?
