Works Spot lamp bracket anti vibration straps

Really stupid question here! Just humour me please

I have works type spot lamp brackets on my rally Mini and found that there is a bit of vibration. I had toyed with the old opened out hose clip technique but neither want to drill the top of the spots or drill extra holes into the front panel than I need to.

Anyway - I realised that there are anti-vibration straps available that I assume fit under the bumper and fix to the lower front valance.

Does anyone have a pic of how these are fitted??

Do they not go from the back of the lamp to the slam panel?

Those brackets pictured should be fitted under the bumper fitted lamp brackets and bolted as you say to the front valance look for pictures of AJB 44B
Looking at the shape they may require a little rework, same as the ST stuff in the 60's / 70's

So they actually strengthen the bumper? as opposed to stopping the lamp wobbling at the top?

They actually support/strengthen the lamp bracket which is fitted to the bumper.
