Best method to remove black paint from vinyl

Post by coopertim »

Just found a rear seat for VFF which is in great condition apart from the 70's paint on it. Whats the best method of removing the paint without damaging the vinyl?

Cheers

Green Nitromors, brass suede brush, cold water and patience Tim. Do it about 5 square inches at a time. Rinse repeat. Vinyl is fine. Cheers. Mark

Yes! 100% it will remove the gold. Before you commit you might want to map out how many free weekends you have over the next 5 years before you start
