Hi,
I have a 66 cooper and am trying to find out which rear valance closing panels should be fitted???
There seems to be a change from a flat type with no side , the same and a side , and the same with reinforcement for the rear subframe mount??? I can find no info on the change dates and are hydro versions different for hose clearance?
thanks in advance.

Re: valance closing panels
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will correct me but as far as I'm aware there are two versions. I know the earlier type where fitted up until '63 but I'm not sure past then.
The earlier type which it slightly longer (towards the centre of the car) and does not block off the void behind it.

The latter type available to Heritage that sits inside the valance and closes off the void behind it.

Re: valance closing panels
Is it possible to fit the later type on a "earlier type" floor and valance ?
Cheers,
