GENUINE BADGE OR NOT ???

Can someone tell me is this a Genuine or a Mini spare copy

I have just purchased the badge and it suppose came in a Leyland packet ??


I have an old surround and it has the part number on the back but this one does not ??

I would say its an original / older repro as it has the bs kite mark on it


the new minispares ones just have 'made in uk', nothing else

Ok Thanks for the info , I was taken back by the quality of the chrome and the finish how bad it was . it came in the old type Leyland packet
The quality must had gone down in the later days ?

Ohh you better belive that, i have a NOS under rider for a GT/Clubby still in its original BL box.

The quality of the whole thing is terrible, no polish what so ever straight from the press tool & welding, into the chrome bath

I will have to refinish this surround and have it re-chromed . its that bad

Why refinish it? If you leave it as is then the true enthusiasts will know its original.
