Urgent: can anyone tell me the size of the steering arm bolt

Hi,
Hope someone can help me "in a jiffy"... I need to know the size of the bolts that clamp the Cooper S steering arms to the uprights/hubs.. ?

I know they are 3/8" UNF... but how long are they - and how long is the shank (non-threaded part)

Am ordering some bolts and need to know the size
