loading up pictures

Its a matter of setting the img notation correctly arround the url of the image. Most decent browsers will let you see the see the url of the image by right clicking on it, and choosing copy image location or something similar, past that in and with the URL highlighted click the Img button at the top of the message editor to put the img and /img instructions around it. It will look something like this:

Just make certain that the url ends in .jpg or another valid image file type, otherwise you haven't got its url.
